Once your booking is complete, a confirmation page is shown with a summary of your booking. The confirmation voucher is sent at the same time. You should receive it within seconds at your email box. Be aware that some email systems such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo mail, etc., might consider our email as spam. You should look for the confirmation voucher at the Spam or Junk folder (and mark it as not Spam/Junk email).

If you feel that you should have received your confirmation voucher, but have not, contact us, e-mail us or call us (+34 952 380 295).

Our staff is constantly monitoring the details of every flight so we know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you when the flight actually arrives - even if it is early!. We always wait for our clients.

Normally, the taxi driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall of Malaga Airport at Terminal 3. Alternatively he could wait between the luggage hall and the arrival hall at Terminal 2 or in the arrival hall at Terminal 1 if this applies to your flight. He will be holding a sign with your name on it. If you can't find your driver, don't hesitate to contact us or phone us to +34 952 380 295 to get assistance.

Baby and child seats are available for 5 € a trip. When booking using our booking system, select the number of children and infants in the first step. This way our system will add the necessary child seats to your booking. If you bring your own child seats, simply add the children or infants as adults, but warn about it at the Special Requests box.

There is room for 2 large suitcases or 3 medium suitcases in a 5 seater taxi and up to 7 large suitcases in a minibus. Our booking system indicates how much luggage can hold every vehicle category at step 2, "choose car".

All our vehicles have insurance according to the EU regulations. Driver and passengers are covered as EU regulations state. Our passengers safety is a very serious concern for Bus Directo.

Yes, it is, as long as you have a confirmed reservation. We work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week (24x7 non stop) without exception - even on public holidays!
